Sapphire Life Design Ltd is run by Helen Leach BSC Hons, a top class, inspirational Life Coach, with 13 years experience of helping people achieve their potential through coaching. Helen has a down to earth, practical approach. She studied Psychology to degree level and has taken the useful parts of this learning to help numerous people to achieve their dreams, improve their sales and communication skills and explore ways of working efficiently, balancing the demands of home, work and hobbies effectively. She uses powerful strategies and techniques to help clients identify exactly what it is that they want from life, formulate clear, specific goals, create a step by step action plan and then make it reality.

Helen passed her Life Coaching qualification with distinction through the National Open College Network after following the training programme provided by The Life Coaching Academy Training Programme. Sapphire Life Design was formed in 2003 and is based in Bromsgrove in the West Midlands.
