Weight Loss Course
I am delighted to introduce you to my on-line course which will support you on your weight loss journey. It is a 6 week course intended to help you take the right mental approach to slimming because weight loss, like many other things, is often a battle that is won or lost through the thought patterns that you adopt. Each week includes some insight into successful slimming, strategies and actions to take, which are reviewed in the following session.
The 6 weeks cover:
- Getting Started: What you need to know to set you on your way, planning your strategy and picturing your fantastic new look when you reach your target!
- Your Fabulous Image: Creating a positive self image, Planning Rewards and why you must always keep promises to yourself.
- Introducing Exercise: How to lose weight quicker and achieve a smooth, strong and toned figure by increasing your regular activity.
- Overeating — Dig Down for the Root Cause: this looks at other areas of your life to identify if overeating is the symptom of dissatisfaction in other areas of your life.
- Things to Make you Feel Good: Building on your learning from week 2, this session looks at why you should treat yourself well and only accept the best for yourself.
- Strategies for the Long Term: Hints and tips for helping you prepare for the remainder of your weight loss journey.
The cost of this course is only £23.00
Please note that the course does not include what to eat, it discusses how to stick with your chosen healthy eating plan.
